By digging deeper, we will deliver an objective, truthful and fair valuation (and evaluation) of your agency.

You have three options to choose from:

1. Free-standing Valuation Statement. After we have completed a thorough financial analysis of your agency, we will e-mail to you a Valuation Statement (2-3 pages plus exhibits) with our recommended valuation, rationale and calculations. Our thinking and reasoning behind the valuation will be fully disclosed.
 
2. Free-standing Agency Value Acceleration Blueprint. We will assess your agency's performance across the 18 areas noted in "OUR APPROACH". This assessment will be based upon a) our top-line analysis of key financial measures such as average normalized EBITDA and revenue concentration by client, b) in-person meetings (at the agency) with the management team, c) review of creative work, new business prospecting/ presentations and results, website, AI capabilities as well as other materials. We will e-mail our Agency Value Acceleration Blueprint which includes our detailed findings for each area with specific recommendations for improvement where needed. By following these recommendations, you will increase your agency's value.

3. Integrated package of Valuation Statement and Agency Value Acceleration Blueprint. We believe that we can be most useful to you by:
          - Completing the thorough financial analysis noted in Point 1 above for the Valuation Statement.
          - Also completing the in-depth assessment in Point 2 above culminating in the Agency Value Acceleration Blueprint.
          - Applying the findings from the Agency Value Acceleration Blueprint to the Valuation Statement to arrive at a more balanced valuation. 
          - Providing not only Agency Valuation but also the path to Value Acceleration.
 
Within 1-2 days after you receive these documents, we will review them with you via conference call.

If you prefer, we can present the Valuation Statement and Agency Value Acceleration Blueprint in person at your agency followed by an in-depth discussion of our findings and recommendations. This session can also generate new ideas for increasing the value of your agency. Sixty days later, we will hold a conference call with you to check in on the progress which you've made up to that point, address any additional issues which may have arisen and make our final suggestions.

PRICING: Will depend upon which option and level of follow-up you select... and whether we present to you by phone or in person.

TIMING: 3-6 weeks from 1) receipt of/access to the needed information and 2) site visit and meetings with management team.
